About The Position

Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and providing basic information
- Managing front desk operations, including stocking in new vehicles and preparing new file folders
- Handling office correspondence such as emails, documents sent via Fed Ex, and memos
- Assisting with keeping the showroom presentable
- Sending reports
- Performing other clerical duties as needed
