About The Position

The Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers about their rentals, offers products and services to maximize revenue, and addresses customer objections. The role provides customer service and sales support and includes shuttling customers. It also prepares vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning them, assessing damage, fueling them, and refilling fluids. The listed wage is $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Possess the auditory, speaking, and communication capabilities necessary to perform the job responsibilities.
• Perform essential activities including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading.
• Have knowledge of operating a computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.
