About The Position

The Customer Service Associate focuses on inventory management, demand forecasting, and shipment tracking to ensure product availability while maintaining efficient inventory levels. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2-3 years of related work experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills are a MUST (Microsoft Office)
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Some lifting or physical activity may be necessary

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics BC365 ERP, Inventory Forecasting and Shipcompliant systems a plus

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review and process distributor, retail and sample request accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with processing EDI orders
  • Collaborating with the Accounting department to resolve credit issues
  • Organize daily order transmissions
  • Work closely with warehouses to resolve issues with deliveries
  • Communicate order status and availability to customers promptly and professionally
  • Assists with other projects as assigned
  • Communicate via email daily with the warehouse, distributors and sales/marketing team
