As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll work closely with the customer service team, handling a wide array of customer inquiries. You will contribute to strengthening customer relationships by offering kind, connected service using our connection model to build loyalty and foster impactful relationships with our customers. Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of our team will include: Promptly and accurately respond to emails, chats, and calls. Analyze and reply to customers using key language models. Connect via chat or email with roughly 70–100 customers daily. Provide primary phone support for Trove Brands. Find ways to engage in meaningful and impactful ways using our connection model. Engage in specialty assignments and project opportunities. Advocate for our customer – contributing to the customer voice.
