Customer engagement involves greeting customers, focusing on their needs, maintaining a clean store, and effectively managing the register line and phone etiquette. The role also requires providing clear announcements and cross-training as a Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder. Duties include stocking merchandise, maintaining sales floor organization, determining prices of goods, and utilizing store systems. Maintaining the interior and exterior of the store, including cleaning tasks, is also a core responsibility. A clean personal appearance and adherence to the company uniform policy are mandatory. Regular attendance and performance of other essential duties as assigned are required.
