About The Position

The Customer Service Associate delivers a positive shopping experience by assisting customers, processing sales, maintaining merchandise and store presentation, and supporting store operations. The role includes receiving and replenishing stock, helping unload trucks, maintaining cash security and company assets, and keeping the store clean and safe. Associates are expected to interact professionally and respectfully with customers, coworkers, and leaders and to perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height.
Ability to meet demands including frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
Receive merchandise, help unload trucks, and replenish stock in accordance with productivity standards.
Help ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment through professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and keeping areas neat and presentable.
Perform other duties as assigned.
