About The Position

The Customer Service Assistant greets walk in customers, answers incoming calls, and directs customers to the appropriate specialized staff. This individual also performs targeted outgoing calls and provides administrative support to staff members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year’s experience in public contact position

Responsibilities

  • Greets walk-in customers; answers incoming phone calls from customers, attorneys, or general public
  • Directs customers to appropriate specialized staff
  • Performs targeted outgoing calls on request
  • Provides administrative support
  • Maintains supply cabinet
  • Performs related duties as required
