As part of Legacy Financial Services—Bank of Luxemburg’s investment services team—you’ll help deliver a seamless, supportive experience for clients while strengthening advisor relationships and internal processes. This role supports our Financial Advisors and serves customers with professionalism, accuracy, and genuine care. What You’ll Do You’ll support advisors, assist customers, and manage essential administrative processes that keep our investment services running smoothly.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Customer service strength with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Time-management skills and comfort working within deadlines
- Tech proficiency including Word, Excel, CRM systems
- Problem-solving ability and independence
- Team collaboration with advisors and colleagues
Responsibilities
- Support advisor appointments by preparing reviews, forms, and summaries
- Open and maintain accounts for individuals, trusts, and employer plans
- Follow up with clients when paperwork is missing or rejected
- Coordinate monthly reports including cash balance, payroll, and P&L
- Assist with client inquiries in person and by phone
