About The Position

We are seeking committed sales and customer care professionals for an on-site role. A primary responsibility will be retaining customers who wish to cancel their services by suggesting suitable products or services and utilizing customer incentives and discounts. This role involves handling complaints, questions, and light troubleshooting while maintaining a positive attitude. Success in this role requires resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to create meaningful customer experiences. The ideal candidate brings positive energy to challenging situations.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer care role.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
  • Well-developed customer service skills to deal with repetitive issues and challenging situations.
  • Sufficient tech aptitude to provide basic troubleshooting, including comfort with navigation on a range of mobile devices and assisting with browser settings (PC & Mac) for pop-up ad blockers, clearing caches, and password resets.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build a positive connection with customers.
  • A committed work ethic and reliability with a consistently positive attitude.
  • Open working availability within program hours (Monday-Friday 7:00am-9:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm).

Nice To Haves

  • Specific experience in retention services is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver fast, friendly, and effective support to customers.
  • Retain customers who are looking to cancel or are unhappy with their services, with a key individual goal of creating customer "saves".
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for web-based apps, website navigation, and account inquiries.
  • Take ownership of each inquiry, aiming for one-touch resolution.
  • Follow risk and compliance processes and policies to maintain customer privacy.
