Customer Service and Rental Agent
About The Position
Budget is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for their Overland Park and Johnson County area locations. In this sales-focused role, the agent will finalize customer rental reservations and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include managing inventory, completing customer callbacks, washing vehicles, and auditing paperwork for accuracy and compliance. The store operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with half-day shifts on weekends. Candidates should be comfortable balancing service excellence with sales performance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prior experience is preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Must be certified to drive
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have fewer than 3 tickets or 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
