About The Position

We have an opening for a sales and rental agent on our Budget team in Wichita, KS. Budget's work environment is collaborative and team oriented with a high emphasis on rewarding individual contribution as well. Our sales representatives at can earn from $15-$18/HR, or more, after commission. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Professional communication skills
• Problem resolution experience
• Minimum age of 18
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet customers using standard dialogue
• Address customer inquiries, such as explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
• Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions
• Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage
• Report damages to on-duty supervisor
• Scan returning vehicles back into system
• Provide computerized receipt to customer
• Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed
