Kalco Lighting is looking for a customer service (CS) and order entry (OE) member to join our growing team. This team member would join our existing CS/OE team members and assist in all aspects of handling our growing customer base. The ideal candidate would have strong experience in both customer service handling, as well as strong order entry and technological skills for handling data entry tasks within our ERP and CRM systems. In addition, the ideal candidate would be crucial in providing feedback to the existing CS/OE team on ways to improve our processes and join in the collaborative environment we have built at Kalco Lighting. This role is best suited for someone who wants to grow their experience within an established luxury lighting company. Our hope is the ideal candidate would have their own existing experience in the CS/OE fields, and we would spend 1-2 months training them to fully understand our company’s processes.
