Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
At least 18 years old.
Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Possess basic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts.
Willing to wear a company uniform.

Speaking other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents, checking the validity of driver’s licenses, and requesting additional documentation when needed.
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary to meet business needs.
Offer additional products and services, such as prepaid fuel and toll passes, while addressing any questions or concerns.
Finalize rental agreements by confirming documents, adjusting as needed, explaining charges, and providing accurate receipts.
Inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, and fuel levels, ensure personal belongings are removed, and maintain a clean workstation in line with corporate standards to support efficient operation.
