The Customer Service Agent’s primary responsibilities is to ensure customer needs are resolved favorably for the customer in a timely manner and that all associated computer and paperwork are tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Responsible for greeting and assisting customers with shipping, receiving or locating their freight either over-the-counter or on the telephone. Responsible for processing Takeflite sales tasks and sales documents on a daily basis. Responsible for computer database flight operations tasks and flight documents. Responsible for ground service contracts customer service and paperwork. Maintains office and customer service areas ensuring they are clean and neat. Other duties as assigned.
