About The Position

The Customer Service Attendant (CSA) at Glide Xpress Car Wash is the face of the company and a key part of the customer experience. Glide Xpress aims to be more than just a car wash, focusing on creating experiences and impacting communities through cutting-edge technology, eco-friendly practices, and community involvement. Responsibilities

Greet every customer with energy, positivity, and professionalism
Safely guide vehicles onto our RIDE THE GLIDE™ conveyor system
Promote memberships and special offers
Keep the site clean, organized, and welcoming
Follow safety procedures and assist with basic operational tasks
Work as part of a team to deliver a fast, smooth, and high-quality experience
