United Ground Express is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Agent at Nashville International Airport (BNA). This role involves greeting passengers, providing a seamless check-in and ticketing experience, and utilizing reservation/ticketing software to manage itineraries, issue boarding passes, and collect fees. Agents will ensure accurate passenger information processing and timely flight departures. A key part of the role is resolving passenger issues arising from flight interruptions in accordance with company policies. Responsibilities may extend to the Baggage Service Office for baggage tracking and handling related inquiries. The position requires comfort with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies, as well as the physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, lift and handle baggage up to 70 lbs, and maintain composure while managing customer challenges. Additional duties include cleaning aircraft interiors, interpreting baggage tags and cargo labels, prepping and securing aircraft for flights, and using radio electronic devices for communication. Agents must ensure compliance with United and FAA regulations.
