The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent will provide superior, friendly, and efficient service throughout all aspects of the rental car process. In this role, employees will have the opportunity to gain experience across multiple functions, including serving as a greeter, return agent, or exit booth agent. Responsibilities include greeting customers, fulfilling club member needs in a friendly and efficient environment as it relates to the Emerald Aisle rental process, and assisting members with appropriate vehicle selection based on program guidelines. This role also ensures a welcoming, efficient environment for all customers and supports quick, seamless transactions. Multiple positions available!
