About The Position

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, client support, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• A high degree of empathy, patience, and the ability to manage stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Strong IT literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM systems.
• Superb organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, handling communications via telephone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution to solve it.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within the CRM system.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as required.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer journey and to resolve complex issues.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contribute to team efforts to improve it.
• Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
