• Professionally resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining customer loyalty.
• Maintain and update customer records with precision in our company database.
• Liaise effectively with other departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Actively gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and products.
• Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required.
