About The Position

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will work with an amazing team in a fun environment, building trusting relationships with customers and recommending products and services that best meet their needs. You will create "Wow" moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction. Additionally, you will help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness and follow all safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.

Requirements

  • An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
  • The ability to connect with customers.
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
  • A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
  • Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head.
