Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the moving industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Full-time availability

Nice To Haves

  • Quickbooks Online experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally in-person with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for moving services to ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in preparing quotes and estimates for potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting services and gathering customer feedback.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to maintain an organized office environment.
