If you've spent the last few years in B2B or manufacturing sales and you're ready to trade prospecting grind for real ownership of established relationships on high-stakes aerospace & defense programs, this is your next move. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- A track record in customer service, account management, inside sales, client success, technical sales, or manufacturing support
- Stable work history and tenure - no job hopping
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, including aerospace & defense clients
- Manage orders and projects end-to-end, from inquiry through production and delivery
- Build long-term customer relationships and deliver a level of support that keeps them coming back
- Partner directly with engineering and operations to shape customized solutions for demanding technical specs
- Dig into customer specs, drawings, and project requirements
- Negotiate pricing, blanket orders, and timelines
- Keep account activity sharp in HubSpot CRM and ERP systems
- Spot and act on opportunities to grow the accounts you own
