Requirements

  • Is known for their strong customer service and relationship‑building skills
  • Stands out for their communication abilities and attention to detail
  • Demonstrates strong problem‑solving, research, and critical‑thinking skills
  • Is recognized for their ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure
  • Has 2–4 years of experience in customer service and/or sales (automotive industry experience is a plus)
  • Has a HS Diploma or GED (required)
  • Brings experience with Salesforce (a plus)
  • Shows adaptability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
  • Has strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • This role requires an intermediate level of English proficiency, as it involves communicating with clients and internal stakeholders on a daily basis.

  • automotive industry experience is a plus
  • Brings experience with Salesforce (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure an excellent customer experience and high levels of client satisfaction
  • Support client retention through proactive communication and relationship management
  • Identify opportunities to inform clients about additional services and anticipate future needs
  • Upsell additional products such as letters, coupon books, referrals, 700 Credit, and more
  • Convert pilot stores into full‑service accounts
  • Organize documents, maintain accurate client communication, and ensure timely follow‑up
  • Train clients on the application and serve as a subject matter expert
  • Assist with low‑level technical support issues and troubleshoot product‑related questions
