Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A warm, approachable manner
  • At least two years' experience in a customer service position in a call center environment
  • At least one year of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Experience in using MS Office software

Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls while always maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries via email, phone, text, and face-to-face.
  • Manage customer order entries and update customer accounts.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Have knowledge of our products and services inside and out so that you can quickly answer questions and resolve issues.
  • Be sales-focused: recommend products or services to current and potential customers.
  • Provide special offers and close sales as needed.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
  • Support other departments as necessary.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
