About The Position

The Customer Service Account Coordinator position will act as the point of contact for customers to facilitate the process of field replacement parts orders. This role involves resolving product problems by clarifying customer issues, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • One or more years of related customer service experience required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced work environment where daily call volume could exceed 100.
  • Company-paid background check required upon hire.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree strongly preferred.
  • Previous parts and cabinetry knowledge.
  • JDE, Parts Inquiry and Microsoft Office Applications experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing parts calls from global partners, including parts and product information and applicable technical information, with a potential daily call volume exceeding 100.
  • Check open order ship status.
  • Quote parts pricing and shipping lead times.
  • Process parts orders received via phone, fax, or email.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance in the office.
