You will be responsible for proper management of phone calls, customer support, and web inquiry leads for the purpose of providing a world class customer experience.

Requirements

  • People, selling and organizational skills
  • Computer and internet proficiency
  • Ability to type at least 30WPM
  • Technical sales ability
  • Consistent punctuality
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with a large degree of independence

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Identify and access the customer needs to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Meet sales and service goals
  • Learn product lines
  • Study and implement the Woodland Sales Methodology
  • Fulfill the certification requirements for NFI (National Fireplace Institute) certificate
  • Fulfill the call center scheduled shift requirements
  • SR is responsible to transfer calls and inquiries to TSR/SSR team for items that are outside of the training scope
  • Proper management of all leads and tickets
  • Other duties as assigned
