The Customer Sales Manager (CSM) position embodies ambition, as you will own and be responsible for selling and executing across various categories accounting for $40MM in revenue at Wegmans. The CSM serves as the liaison between Kraft Heinz and the Customer’s category management team, leading all selling activities and driving efforts tied to improving our gross margin and market share. The CSM aims to deliver revenue and share objectives, pursue business strategies for growth, provide category management expertise, and ensure that coordinated cross-functional sales value is delivered to the customer through implementation of the sales plan and shelving objectives. This role requires candidates to be based in upstate New York (Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse) due to customer connectivity.
