This role is responsible for leading the Natural and Distributor owned-business across a mix of direct and distributor-supported customers, ensuring aligned execution, strong customer planning, and effective management of broker and distributor relationships in support of growth objectives. The Customer Sales Lead will own the day-to-day customer relationship and growth agenda for Natural Specialty customers, delivering Net Sales, profit, and share commitments through disciplined planning, negotiation, broker partnership, and cross-functional coordination.
