About The Position

Join our growing team as Customer Sales Associates! This is an on-site, customer and sales based role located at our office in Irving, TX. As a Customer Sales Associate, you’ll be a trusted advisor for individuals and local clientele. You’ll focus on providing tailored consultations, recommending various services, and ensuring every customer has a seamless, value-driven experience. Whether you’re helping a household choose the right products or a client with reliable service options, you’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and promoting trusted solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Reliable transportation to our Irving office.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take feedback.
  • Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Interest in learning about various products and services.

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client support is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers and local clientele to understand their needs and match them with the best products and services.
  • Lead one-on-one consultations on various products and services.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls and inquiries from our Irving office.
  • Provide clear, accurate product details to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Process new accounts, service requests, and customer updates efficiently.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and progress using internal systems.
  • Stay informed on current offers, service plans, and product features.
  • Work as part of a team to meet both individual and group performance goals.
  • Deliver a friendly, professional, customer-focused experience during every interaction.
