About The Position

VARCo Supply is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a full-time Customer Sales and Service Representative position at our new Akron, Ohio location. In this role, you will support our large Spanish-speaking customer base by taking orders over the phone for industrial parts. Customers reach out to us after receiving our catalogs to order parts for their trucks and business needs. We provide comprehensive training on our products and order entry system. This position is ideal for those transitioning from auto parts counter roles or similar customer-facing positions, offering the opportunity to assist small business owners in finding the correct parts and making a tangible difference daily.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Great phone skills; comfortable chatting with customers and helping them find what they need.
• Solid typing abilities for quick and accurate order entry.
• Basic math and clear communication skills.
• A sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Reliability; perfect attendance is a must, especially in the first 30 days.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of other languages such as French.
• Experience related to this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and sales support in English and Spanish primarily over the phone in a measured environment.
• Communicate with team members and vendors to ensure product availability and correct specifications.
• Ensure orders are accurate and shipments go out smoothly by confirming details like fitment, size, and color.
• Collaborate with a team that values precision and customer satisfaction.
