Nick DeMaio State Farm is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Customer Retention Specialist who enjoys helping people, building strong relationships, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses. Candidates must be fully licensed or willing to obtain licensing with agency support. Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start. Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date. Full guidance, study direction, and support provided throughout the licensing process. As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will focus on servicing existing customers, managing renewals, and maintaining long-term relationships. You will play a key role in customer retention while also identifying opportunities to strengthen coverage through needs-based, in-book sales conversations. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and contribution to overall agency growth.
