As a customer retention & sales specialist, you’ll engage Verizon Wireless customers to uncover opportunities, strengthen relationships, and guide customers back to our retail stores when that’s the best next step. When the sales opportunity presents itself, you’ll confidently close it. When it doesn’t, you’ll still win by driving in‑store visits—and get paid for it.
