About The Position

Instructional Empowerment (IE) is seeking a passionate, results-oriented Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS) who is a current or former K–12 educator. This role combines educational consulting, strategic relationship building, and sales to help schools and districts thrive. The CRS will focus on customer growth by activating and expanding the use of IE solutions, including Marzano Evaluation Center (MEC) products, while identifying new opportunities for engagement and revenue growth. This position is full-time, hybrid, and based in the West Palm Beach, FL office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of K–12 teaching experience
• Experience with customer engagement, business development, and sales
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and consultative skills
• Comfort with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot—or a willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years in a school leadership role (i.e., administrator, instructional coach)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to move leads through the funnel.
• Prospect for new customers whose needs align with IE products and services.
• Use performance data and insights to suggest value-add products and services.
• Influence retention and renewal conversations through proactive support and planning.
• Support successful adoption of IE and MEC solutions.
• Identify and execute on expansion opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.
• Build trust with school and district leaders.
• Act as a consultative partner—listening, diagnosing, and recommending new solutions.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing product improvement.
