Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food or beverage industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying opportunities to grow their businesses and increase customer loyalty
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide proactive solutions to address any concerns or issues
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and production, to ensure seamless delivery of client services and resolve any operational issues
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve our services and customer experiences
• Manage and analyze key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement
