About The Position

Eurofins Built Environment Testing East is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist for our new Cherry Hill, NJ location. The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.

Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience 1-2 years
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
