This role involves managing inbound and outbound client communications, advising walk-in clients, maintaining an overview of projects needing login or client communication, unpacking shipments, documenting sample receipt, updating data in LIMS and CRM systems, and collaborating with laboratory personnel to resolve inquiries and improve processes. The position also requires assisting with administrative tasks and performing other duties as needed across departments, emphasizing teamwork as a foundation for success at Eurofins.
