Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Proven experience in a customer service role a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with high accuracy in order processing

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of packaging materials and products is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus

Responsibilities

Drive repeat business by making exceptional service a priority; respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Efficiently process orders and transactions.
Track and update customers on order status and delivery timelines by coordinating with logistics and shipping partners.
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment by collaborating with sales and warehouse teams.
Improve overall customer experience and service efficiency by working cross-functionally.
Resolve customer complaints and issues diplomatically and effectively.
Maintain accurate and organized customer records in the CRM system.
Recommend new products or services by identifying relevant features and benefits.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
