Customer Relations Specialist

Wisenbaker Builder ServicesDallas, TX

About The Position

Burned Out on Basic Customer Service? We’re Building Real Relationships. You’re more than a headset and a script, you’re the calm in the chaos, the fixer, the one who actually knows what’s going on. You don’t just answer questions, you anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep the wheels turning. At Wisenbaker, we do customer service differently. Our CSRs are account experts, not just order takers. You’ll work side-by-side with builders, internal departments, and teammates to ensure everything runs smooth, from the first selection to the final schedule. If you're ready to own your accounts and build lasting partnerships, we’re ready to back you with the tools, the training, and the team. Your Mission: You’re not just a Customer Service Rep — you’re a key partner for our clients. You’ll be their go-to contact, ensuring every order is accurate, every question is answered, and every deadline is hit. You’ll manage product timelines, chase down missing POs, handle issues with grace, and be a trusted voice inside and out.
