About The Position
Norway Savings Bank is seeking a Part-Time Customer Relations Representative for their Naples branch. This role involves meeting the financial needs of new and existing customers, developing customer relationships, providing friendly and efficient customer service, and promoting bank business lines to grow the customer base. The position requires the ability to work every Saturday morning and offers approximately 15 hours per week. The bank emphasizes a positive, team-based culture that supports employee growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Previous cash-handling experience.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Basic computer system knowledge to navigate our systems.
- Self-motivated and driven aptitude, thriving in a team environment.
- Availability on Saturday mornings is necessary.
- Ability to travel to other branch locations as needed.
