As CRM, you will establish relationships with customers throughout their car-buying experience. The CRM's mission is to engage with customers, remove obstacles, and meet customer buying expectations.
Requirements
- Previous Sales or Customer Service experience is required.
- Computer proficiency, strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, along with creativity and consistency
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
Nice To Haves
- Toyota CRM experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide support & guidance to professionals across your Nissan stores.
- Assist sales during and after vehicle sales delivery.
- Train and audit the delivery process to make sure it remains consistent
- Follow up on all sales customers to monitor their satisfaction
- Resolve any customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor product training for all sales associates to ensure completeness
- Data gathered from Medallia on KPI missed opportunities.
- Develop problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues.
- Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as staff needs to evolve and volume changes.
- Expand social media knowledge.
- Respond to all social reviews and make sure reputation.com is at a 700 score.
