The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for leading OEM customer opportunities and programs from early development through launch and ongoing production support. This role combines project management and account management responsibilities, serving as a key point of contact for both customers and internal teams to ensure successful execution of customer requirements, project milestones, and commercial objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and commercially aware, with the ability to manage long-cycle OEM opportunities, coordinate cross-functional execution, and build strong customer relationships. This individual will lead project timelines, facilitate communication across departments, support quotation and launch activity, and help drive continuity throughout the customer lifecycle.
