About The Position

The Customer Relations Coordinator acts as the customer facing voice of The Beaufort Bonnet Company. Interacts with customers to provide timely responses to inquiries regarding product and order. Supports the eCommerce inventory and returns processes. Provides analytical insights to leadership in order to drive eCommerce sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in business, marketing, or related degree
  • Strong computer skills, Excel and Word
  • Enjoy helping others and being a team player
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and keep everything organized
  • Are a strong communicator (oral and written)
  • Want to help grow a business!!!

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to customer service inquiries via phone and email
  • Update turnaround times on website
  • Monitor daily online sales and provide analytically driven solutions to ensure web meets daily goals (i.e. daily promotions, social media posting, etc.)
  • Be aware of inventory levels on the website and communicate ideas for moving inventory
  • Manage all returns/exchanges
  • Create incoming receipts for items to be put back in stock
  • Create promo codes
  • Assist with social media efforts and help execute promotions and special projects
  • Act as a liaison between TBBC and social media influencers
  • Manage web orders for specific custom items
