Customer Relations Associate
About The Position
Your focus will be creating strong customer interactions while supporting the campaigns we deliver for our clients. You’ll be responsible for building rapport with new and existing customers, learning about customer needs and recommending appropriate options, providing clear information about current products, services, and promotions, answering questions and creating a positive customer experience, supporting customer acquisition and sales objectives, maintaining a strong understanding of the campaigns you represent, working collaboratively to achieve team goals, and sharing customer feedback to help strengthen campaign performance.
