About The Position

CompSource Mutual is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join their Claims team as a Customer Relations Associate. This full-time position in Oklahoma City offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). The role involves serving as a primary point of contact for customers with questions about workers’ compensation claims, answering inbound calls, gathering and verifying information to set up new claims, and collaborating with internal partners to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution while maintaining high service and productivity standards. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of business office or customer service experience (contact center, administrative, or similar role)
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to manage high call and work volume while following established processes
Comfortable using Microsoft Office for communication and documentation
Experience handling multiple support channels (phone, email, chat) and working with customer service or call center technology

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree preferred
Insurance or workers’ compensation experience is preferred but not required
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
