The Customer Relations Associate performs various Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information and direction to customers. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. The associate will greet customers, handle merchandise returns, sell hunting and fishing licenses, administer incentive and reward programs, and remain product knowledgeable and aware of advertised sales. The associate is responsible for keeping their work area clean and neat, following all Company Policies and Procedures, and providing a legendary experience for every customer by assisting them in making buying decisions through identifying needs, making recommendations, and promoting programs like CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up. All other duties as assigned.
