The Customer Relations Associate performs various Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information and direction to customers. This role also involves securing firearms with trigger locks, checking in vendor representatives, and supporting a strong commitment to world-class customer service to ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience. The associate will handle customer returns, process refunds/exchanges, sort returns, sell hunting and fishing licenses, and administer incentive programs. They are expected to remain product knowledgeable, aware of advertised sales, and keep their work area clean and stocked. A key aspect of the role is providing a legendary customer experience by identifying customer needs, making product recommendations, and promoting company programs like CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up. Other duties as assigned.
