Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 45 pounds as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing, quality, or production environment.
Associate degree or technical training in a related field.
Familiarity with measuring tools, testing equipment, or quality processes.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Review returned products and assist with basic failure analysis evaluations.
Support warranty claim processing and quality documentation updates.
Assist with corrective actions and communicate quality concerns to appropriate teams.
Help maintain calibration of measuring and testing equipment.
Participate in internal audits and support continuous improvement efforts.
