The customer project specialist is responsible for driving new customer implementations & existing customer projects through the sales cycle within agreed-upon timelines. Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned project opportunities, consisting of new customer implementations & existing customer projects. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless execution through all phases of the sales cycle, from project intake, pricing strategy, and pre/post-implementation support. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal departments and external customer stakeholders resulting in profitable sales growth. This role demands strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, industry knowledge, technical product knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
