About The Position

Join us as a Customer Project Manager, where you'll lead complex customer projects from start to finish. This role offers the chance to drive efficiency, manage diverse teams, and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic, global environment. What will you do? Responsible for managing large customer project orders from initiation to closeout. Ensures alignment with customer requirements, including drawings, specifications, and bill of materials. Acts as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with Field Sales and internal teams to validate purchase orders and technical/commercial details. Oversee full project process: order prep, manufacturing release, shipment, post-shipment support, and financial reconciliation. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring customer expectations are met. Coordinate with manufacturing and third-party vendors. Lead project execution through kickoff meetings, technical exchanges, and progress tracking. Monitor project performance, resolve issues, and ensure timely task completion. Recommend alternative products to enhance customer value. Foster positive customer relationships through effective problem-solving. Attend all site construction meetings every day in person Take all admin burdens off FSR's so they can focus on the equipment Manage onsite spare parts inventory Manage coordination with the plants for warranty issues Center/liaison for SE for all site communication

Requirements

  • Budgeting — intermediate level; overseeing project financials and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Must be on-site in Post Washington, Wisconsin
  • 4-year degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of Project Management/Engineering experience and/or 5+ years of Field or technical experience.
  • Familiar with Data Center Commissioning and levels of activities
  • Physically capable of working in active construction environments, including navigating terrain, walking long distances, and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and drive results independently.
  • Strategic thinker who balances big-picture vision with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities and comfort navigating complexity with confidence.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry experience a plus.
  • PMI and CAPM certification a plus.
  • Good understanding of LVS and ability to read drawings, SLD, and ability to converse technically with FSR’s and the construction team.
