The Customer Project Manager/Engineer reports to and provides support to the Customer Program Manager - Italy by supporting project activities related to all projects. The position's main duty is to support the Customer Program Manager to ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication to all internal and external stakeholders. This role involves acting as the first contact window for assigned customers overseas, visiting them regularly to understand needs and follow up demands. It also includes ensuring correct project information exchange, leading technical communication, promoting communication and material follow-up of customer-specified or supplied products, organizing customer satisfaction surveys, handling quality and material feedback, planning and executing Overseas Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) activities, and collecting customer complaints for resolution. The role requires leading projects from order to delivery, supporting assigned projects in the Italian Market, and working under time constraints in a high-pace environment with a high level of proactivity.
